What is TeleCirc?

TeleCirc is the Library's phone notification system that enables patrons to retrieve and update their circulation information using a touch-tone phone. It also provides automatic outbound messaging to patrons about overdue and on-hold items.

  • Renew library materials
  • Hear a list of items checked out and their due dates
  • Hear a list of items on hold
  • Hear a list of overdue items
  • Find out what fines you owe

What do you need to access TeleCirc?

  • Your library card & PIN
  • A touch-tone telephone

When is it available?

  • 7 days a week**
  • 24 hours a day**

 **Telecirc is unavailable Mondays mornings from 4:00 AM - 10:00 AM for maintenance,
and on holidays that fall on a Monday.**
