While COVID is not ever present in our lives it does remain a threat to various people and vaccinations are the best shield we have against it. In order to promote access and information about these life saving tools the Portsmouth Public Library has partnered with the People's Pharmacy and Virginia Department of Health to set up mobile vaccine clinics at the Main Library, Cradock Branch and Oasis Ministries.
